Both Cases Share Media Appeal. Which One Gets It and Why?
This case has all the elements of a media spectacle: five children dead of asphyxiation. Only it is not Andrea Yates. It isn’t Texas. It is Adair Garcia and the crime happened in Los Angeles, California. The entire media, left and right, has blacked out empathy that might build for Garcia. Even the Los Angeles Times, which claims to be one of the nation’s newspapers of record ignored it. There is only one obvious difference: Mrs. Yates is a mother, Mr. Garcia is a father
Such an oddity can only be dealt with by macabre humor. The feminists are literally evil in the same sense as the Nazis and Communists They rejoice when a father who looses his children more likely commits suicide than kills them. They laugh when you think making known their unspeakable deeds is shaming anyone or waking anyone up.
Everyone already knows or they are too stupid to understand. The remainder are either indifferent or scared.
It is the peculiar flair of law professors to be able to twist logic. They can prove the earth hangs from a spaghetti strand as easily as generate psychobabble on the difference in the crime committed by Adair Garcia and Andrea Yates quoted in a Canadian newspaper, In fact, diversity idiocy and poverty should favor Garcia.
The professors and the feminists are not only dopey, they should be fitted for straightjackets. It is not a public policy misunderstanding that patience and repeated reason will resolve. Do not debate them. You’ll doubt your own sanity. Note the queer smirk Patricia Ireland’s face has when she discloses things that fly in the face of the five senses. No one presses her, not even traditionalists.
You have to make the feminists and their apologists targets of ridicule. You have to become as regular in ridiculing their nonsense as they are in producing it. It is the Goebbels technique that a lie repeated often enough will appear to be true unless it is made fun of. The first is the function of propagandists, the second of the guardians of sanity.
Time to stop. I have to go to the boards and come up with some black humor. "Cereal" is on my mind.
