The Entire Middle East Conflict Explained in One Easy Lesson
Many other states have similar laws; in the South they are called
anti-Klan laws, originally designed to stomp down on Klan activity.
Now I mention this because I have been petitioning Israeli governments
for 20 years to adopt a similar law against engaging in public or
political activities or protests while one’s face is covered by a kafiya,
and to name the law Israel’s anti-Klan Law, based on the US laws. If the
US would grumble, Israel would just say she has adopted a law common in
many US states. The law would be used to haul off any Arab throwing rocks
at Jews or otherwise partying while his face is covered by a kafiya, such
as the pogromchiks in the Galilee last year, 13 of whom were shot when
attacking police and passersby, and for which Ehud Barak later
"apologized" (but did not apologize for shooting ONLY 13). I have never
received a response to my petitions, including from Likud governments.
Now this mention of the "indefensible position" of the US has inspired
me to present a total and complete analysis of the Middle East conflict in
one simple lesson. You are welcome to make use of it. I tried to get it
down to the same number of words as Hillel but without success. Here
goes:
The Arabs are angry at the United States because it disapproves of the
idea of the Arabs perpetrating a Second Holocaust against Jews. The
United States occasionally even backs Israel’s right to prevent Arabs from
murdering Jews. This enrages the Arabs. Who the hell are the Americans
to interfere with Arab plans for a nice Second Holocaust? How dare the
US side with Israel when it defends itself against Arab murderers? Even
worse, the US has not made a total all-out effort in preventing Israel
from occasionally attacking Arab murderers in retaliation for their
murdering Jews or to prevent their plans to murder Jews. And preventing
murder and genocide is unforgivable interference in things that are none
of the concern of the United States, say the Arabs.
This is why the Arab world and most of the Moslem world are enraged at
the United States. When Arabs demand that Americans ask themselves WHY
they are so hated in the Middle East, this is the precise answer.
The reality of course is quite different. Racism is indeed a crucial and
central part of the Middle East process. But it is the anti-Jewish racism
of Israel’s Caring Left, the same people who oppose each and every act of
self-defense by Israel and rationalize and excuse each and every
manifestation of Arab Nazism. Who believe that every act of Arab savagery
needs to be rewarded with Israeli concessions. It is this anti-Jewish
racism that explains the blood union and alliance between Arab fascism and
Jewish leftism. It is the new Axis of the Middle East.
Well, we have a NEW definition. For the past year and a half the PLO
has refused to agree to the semi-lemming Oslo Lite condition laid down by
the Sharon government and opposed by Shimon Peres requiring there to be a
seven day period of no atrocities by the Palestinians before resuming
appeasement talks.
Now the same PLO wants SHARON to refrain from any retaliation for 10
days after every terrorist atrocity, during which he should sit and wait
to see if the PLO will arrest the perps. As if there is any question of
whether it will or of whether the PLO itself is the perp.
You think the fact that the world has a 3 day memory regarding Arab
atrocities committed against Israel might have something to do with this
new idea already being endorsed by the Israeli Caring Left?
