Liberate Israel from Dorner!

There is a terrible danger to public safety and order in Israel. And the name of that danger is Dalia Dorner. Dorner is a justice in Israel’s Supreme Court.

Dorner has been a regular subject in the postings from this corner. She is the justice who made a spectacle of herself and of Israel’s Court years back by basing a judicial ruling and opinion that created official recognition of gay "marriage" on the rantings of Michel Foulcault, the Marxist deconstructionist murderer. She is a wacky radical feminizt. She is also the justice who signed the release putting back on the streets the Arab murderers of the 15 year old Jewish son of Holocaust survivors Dani Katz, after the Chief Justice ordered that they be retried. (They have since been reconvicted.)

Now the Daffy Dalia is back. In her latest judicial atrocity she has ruled that Arabs who throw Molotov cocktails (fire bombs) at Jewish civilians should be sentenced to nothing more than a tap on the wrist and a warning. (Haaretz Mar 25, 02).

In a case that reached the Court on appeal yesterday, Dorner heard a case involving an Arab who had thrown fire bombs at passing Jewish vehicles on two occasions. In one case a car of Jewish civilians near the French Hill in Jerusalem was attacked and in a second case a bus was bombed. As it turned out, miraculously, no people were hurt in either attack although the bus was burned. In a similar attack shortly before those, one albeit to which the Arab was not linked by police evidence, a car was similarly attacked and a mother and her baby were burned to death.

Dorner simply sentenced the attempted murderer to parole, meaning a warning. Even the destruction of the bus should have warranted some serious jail time. Even the Leftist Attorney General’s office is enraged by this judicial atrocity of Dorner’s and is speaking up about Dorner’s long track record of being soft on Arab murderers and would-be murderers, uncharacteristically so for the Attorney General’s people.

Dorner should be impeached - if not imprisoned - for her acts. But Israel has NO method of impeaching judges. These non-elected judges can stay on, committing judicial crimes, trumping the decisions of the elected representatives of the people, forever.

We are always grateful for a light moment and release from the Oslo horrors inflicted upon us by Israel’s Left. Yesterday on a comedy show on Channel Two one of the shticksters dialed Jordan, which has direct dialing from Israel, on the air. He called the Iraqi Embassy in Amman. When the spokesman answered he greeted him warmly in English and said he is calling from Israel. The spokesman practically soiled himself in confusion, not knowing how to answer. Finally he said, "So what you Zionist?" The shtickster says, "Why yes, Heap Big Zionist", and the Iraqi slammed down the receiver.

I don’t know about you, but it made MY day.
