Pearl Harbor II
(Tuesday Sept 11, a few hours after the attacks)

Along with the twin World Trade Center towers in lower Manhattan, there collapsed the world “conception” that has dominated thinking over the past decade or so, namely that the way to deal with terrorism is to coddle terrorists. Ironically, the US has been at the forefront of that campaign. It has insisted for ages, and especially since Oslo began, that there is no military solution to the problems of terrorism, that the only way to deal with terrorism is to redress the “underlying” causes of it, that terrorism is a protest against injustice, that the way to end terrorism is to appease terrorists and conduct talks with them and meet their demands. In other words, together with the twin towers, Oslo collapsed.

Suddenly the CNN and the other media moghuls were not referring to terrorists as “activists” and “militants”. Suddenly they were not insisting that terrorism was acts of desperation by those who had been denied justice and their rights. Suddenly they were not insisting that the solution is dialogue with terrorists. Suddenly there were calls to annihilate terrorists.

There were ironies in all of the horror. The BBC decided to feature Ehud Barak as its expert on the subject of combatting terrorism. Here was the man who a year ago was offering terrorists the capital city of his country, now pontificating about how we all need to strike really hard against terrorism.

And here were the news reports that, together with all of those public buildings evacuated, it had been decided to empty the UN building in New York. Huh? They thought the terrorists would strike the UN building? But the UN is the CHAMPION of terrorism!! Just look at the Durban conference.

It is conceivable that the attacks will produce a death toll HIGHER than the first Pearl Harbor. Here are the reapings from the United States and the rest of the world following Shimon Peres’ lead in dealing with terrorists and terrorism for the past decade.

There is one clear lesson from all of this. NOW is the time for Israel to Re-Occupy and Denazify the “Palestinian” territories. With Palestinians dancing on the roofs to celebrate the attacks on the US still fresh in all American minds. Where Palestinian officials are revealing their Saddam position regarding the US.

Not in a year, not in a month, not tomorrow, but today. The events in the US have put an end to Oslo completely, in a way the Israeli political morons were unwilling to begin even to contemplate. Israel must strike while the opportunity exists. There will never be an opportunity like it. Today, this evening, this minute. The tanks must be sent in, in solidarity with New York and Washington, to annihilate the PLO and put an end to the coddling of terrorism once and for all. If Israel misses this opportunity, it may have no other.
