A Politician Wins on the Pro-Life Issue

January 1, 2024

At a time when Christians celebrate the birth of Christ, the baby in the manger, a new survey finds that 24 percent of Democrats would base their vote on abortion. That is, pro-abortion. Only 14 percent of Republicans would vote based on abortion. That means pro-abortion is winning. Except in Argentina.

“Philosophically speaking, I am in favor of the right to life,” declares the new Argentinian President Javier Milei. “Beyond that, there is a scientific justification to be had. It’s the fact that life begins at conception, it’s at that very instant that a new being begins to evolve with its own unique DNA,” Milei said. “Beyond that, there is a matter of mathematics,” he explained. “Life is a continuum with two quantum leaps: birth and death. Any interruption in the interim is murder.”

Plain speaking of the kind practiced by Javier Milei or even House Speaker Mike Johnson is needed. Johnson was honest enough to have written an op-ed in 2005 referring to abortion as “a holocaust.” Democrats object to such language. But how else is an objective observer supposed to describe the murder of tens of millions of unborn innocent babies?

Johnson comments, “The Left openly celebrates the extinguishing of innocent and beautiful life through the evil of abortion.”

If the issue is framed in terms of science, morality, and the war on the unborn, Republicans have a chance to win the argument.

Better yet, show them the pictures.

One heroic Democrat, Terrisa Bukovinac, is running for president to stop “abortion extremism” in the Democratic Party and to show “the victims of abortion to the American people…” Her campaign is running 30-second TV ads showing in gruesome detail the remains of five babies killed by late-term abortion. Bukovinac says she captured the footage when she recovered the remains last year outside an abortion business in Washington D.C.

“These are the faces of a genocide,” she says.

We hear the term “genocide” a lot these days, regarding the Middle East. The so-called Palestinians are not facing a genocide. They are part of the Arab/Muslim world, with a population of more than 1.8 billion. The Jews, on the other hand, faced extinction before and are under attack again.

However, the unborn are also current targets and have been for decades.

Abortion is a central element of a population control strategy once employed by Hitler, to eliminate people considered weak and inferior. Mimicking Nazi Germany's "race purification" program, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood had openly endorsed the euthanasia, sterilization, abortion, and infanticide programs of the early Reich. Such an approach ultimately resulted in the Holocaust.

Today, however, the abortion holocaust is packaged in terms of “women’s rights,” giving women the “right” to destroy their own offspring and call it “progress.”

The year 2020 marked the 100th anniversary of the first government authorizing abortion, the Russian communist regime, and more than 1 billion babies have been sacrificed in one century. In America, abortion has claimed more than 63 million lives since Roe v. Wade, now overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

For some feminists, it has become a sacrament, a form of child sacrifice common during the pagan era of Moloch worship.

To sacrifice your children at home, the FDA approved abortion drugs on an illegal and expedited basis even though they are associated with the deaths of not only the unborn babies but the pregnant women, as well as hospitalizations, blood transfusions, and cases of infection that jeopardize the lives of women and their children.

Matthew Kacsmaryk, a U.S. District Court Judge, has cited substantial evidence that the FDA’s approval of chemical abortion drugs was illegal and that the drugs themselves are dangerous to women and children. He noted that the FDA ignored a petition challenging approval of the drugs for over 16 years, even though the law requires an agency response within “180 days of receipt of the petition.” He explains, “Had FDA responded to Plaintiffs’ petitions within the 360 total days allotted, this case would have been in federal court decades earlier. Instead, FDA postponed and procrastinated for nearly 6,000 days.”

In providing the facts about the destruction of human life, the judge wrote in clear and direct language that the drugs result in the killing of a human baby and the extinction of a human life. There is simply no dispute over this.

He wrote, “Mifepristone - also known as RU-486 or Mifeprex - is a synthetic steroid that blocks the hormone progesterone, halts nutrition, and ultimately starves the unborn human until death. Because mifepristone alone will not always complete the abortion, the FDA mandates a two-step drug regimen: mifepristone to kill the unborn human, followed by misoprostol to induce cramping and contractions to expel the unborn human from the mother’s womb.”

The Supreme Court has taken up this case for review.

Ex-communist Whittaker Chambers said it was through recognizing the humanity of a child, a “fetus” in today’s jargon, that the influence of communism on his thinking and life was gradually eroded. While Chambers would prevail over Alger Hiss, communism would continue its advance, here and abroad.

Chambers didn’t have access to a sonogram of his wife’s unborn child. He didn’t know about unborn children feeling pain. But it just made common sense to conclude that the unborn child was a human being. This awareness and human emotion began the process of unraveling the communist philosophy of atheistic materialism.
