Is Our Only Hope For The Future That We Won't Be Here To See It?

Are we doomed to be the last generation who had freedom of learning?

January 8, 2024

Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. But what if they're never taught it in the first place? Or if everything they were taught are lies?

Ignorance is one thing. That used to be fixed by education. But what about when the entire system is based on lies and propaganda? What sort of adults will such a twisted system produce?

Cast your mind back to the dimmest, most inarticulate, ill-prepared jock or stoner in high school who was ever forced to stumble painfully through his oral report on the book he neither read nor understood. Now imagine that somehow he managed to reproduce, and those unfortunate offspring were able to stagger their way through the morass of deliberate ignorance and misinformation that is today's education indoctrination complex. And without any ambition or interest, these 'brain-washed' and lightly folded products of the current Alt/Left education camps decide that, unencumbered by any facts, insights, or innate articulate abilities, they decide to produce and star in a series of podcasts about…wait for it...History!

Yes, the sad, sorrowful, bruised, and currently disrespected subject which I love, hold two degrees in, and write novels about.

Now, taking all of that into account, you have some rough idea of the level of educational competence of the sorry excuses of what pass for college-educated Millennials and beyond who both teach and matriculate today.

This was painfully displayed to me when I stumbled - the perfect word for its level of professionalism - into the black hole of the incompetence of a pair of Beta males, who for some unfathomable reason, consider themselves capable in an alternate universe of producing to produce not just one, but an entire series of incomprehensible podcasts discussing key periods of history.

To say they are bad is an understatement. Even “terrible” doesn’t do them justice. In fact, probably the best illustration I can use is to cite a movie I didn’t watch but which did become a cult classic about clueless high school guys back in the late 80s.

I refer of course to "Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure." And while I never watched it, I’ve seen enough clips on various comedy shows to know that it’s about a pair of high school stoners whose need to pass a history test, which leads them to use a time machine to study with many historical "Awesome dudes" along the way.

Now imagine that same Bill & Ted as college graduates, or even professors, who take that same blissfully ignorant state of knowledge and produce a series of history lectures! I’m not kidding - this show really exists! The same two stoner boys dissecting history while giggling like a pair of twelve-year-old girls at a slumber party.

One small example from their podcast. They were talking about the causes of the Civil War and referencing the incident when Senator Preston Brooks of South Carolina attacked Charles Sumner an Abolitionist from Massachusetts for an anti-slavery speech. That is what happened in 'real' history.

But not so in the "History" podcast of this pathetic pair of institutionally brainwashed idiots' interpretation.

According to our new "Bill & Ted" Leftist Historians, here is the way that the products of a half-century of Democrat-controlled education cabal dissect the weighty matters of historical perspective and research.

From the Series podcast:

“Err, um, so like this dude from South Carolina - like you know that racist state - he like goes up to this other dude and bashes him of the head with this gold cane. I mean like the cane was made of gold, man!” (they both dissolve into fits of giggling) "And like he did it because the abolitionist Democrat from up north was like telling him that he should just chill out and not be like such a racist about everything.”

“Abolitionist Democrat.” This product of the Leftist brainwashing history taught in our schools didn't even know that the abolitionists became Republicans. It was the slave owners who were mostly Democrats!

Yes, this my friends is what our colleges and universities are churning out. And if this pair of dunces are considered by the educational complex to be historical “experts” worthy of an entire series of podcasts, can we even comprehend the level of execrable and deliberate ignorance that is gutting an entire generation?

What I’ve just described would be easy to laugh off as the ignorant not only representing but leading the ignorant and brainwashed. Unfortunately, they are already inhabiting the machinery of business and government. And as history - real history - shows us all too painfully, when the ignorant and brainwashed take over the reins of power - everyone suffers.

The near and present danger is that those who were educated before the anti-Western, Marxist ideologues took over the education cartels are getting older and moving closer to retirement than power. And sadly, those few of us who do remain in those positions of power seem to have shown themselves either unwilling or unable to stand up to the rising tide of cultural Marxism that seems determined to turn 2024 into 1984.

So we ask ourselves... Is there still time?

History provides the answer…

But only if its truth can still be told.
