Why do unborn babies get capital punishment?June 10, 2013Opponents of capital punish¬ment point out that every year several people in the U.S. are put to death, though a tiny mi¬nority of them may have been innocent of the crimes for which they were executed (not necessarily not guilty of other heinous crimes). Yet about 4,000 human ba¬bies in their mother’s wombs, genetically distinct from both parents beyond reasonable doubt, are executed by abortion for their “crimes” of not having passed through the birth canal. How many real crimes did any of them commit?
