Perhaps Courage Is All We Have Left

It's what the Founding Fathers had in 1776.

Many people look back on the founding of our country as a time of unity, courage, and determination. It was - but only for some. At that time, just like today, America was a very divided country.

One-third remained loyal to the Crown and wanted America to remain a British colony - like Canada. One-third could go either way because "frankly they didn’t give a damn.” And one-third were ready to pledge their "lives, fortunes and sacred honor” for the cause of independence and liberty.

That is about where we find ourselves today.

One-third of the country are simply too busy with kids, jobs, or on their phones with social media to really give a damn about which group of self-serving Pols makes themselves rich on the backs of the taxpayers.

Another third are simply venal, spiteful, envious, vicious, and nasty. They are the same sort of people who gathered at stonings, witch burnings, and in crowds when storm troopers beat up people in the streets.

They are the core of today's Democrat Socialist Party.

And the final third are the patriots of today who are gamely fighting a rearguard action against the corrosive and insidious cancer that the left is infecting into every aspect of our life.

It is this one-third of Americans that is the real target of the Leftist spiders spinning their web of hate from the Deep Swamp of DC.

For four years they pretended it was Trump - but we knew that was a lie. They loved him before he broke their rule of operating only for the elites and mocking the middle class. So they considered him a “class traitor.” But even worse in their mind, is that he gave ordinary, decent, hardworking Americans hope and a figure to rally around.

That really terrified them. Because like all kings nobles and dictators, the Democrats, Media, Education, and Deep State complex live in constant fear of the people realizing just how corrupt, venal, and contemptuous they are of those they pretend to serve.

Thus now that Trump is gone, they're desperately casting around for a new straw man that they can use to deflect attention from their own treachery and ineptitude.

And friends, that target is us. The one-third that still loves America and believes in the rights and freedoms guarded for us under the Constitution.

So be prepared for it brave friends and patriots. The totalitarians of the Left are most certainly coming for us with talons out and fangs bared.

They will use every despicable means possible to harass, denigrate, and intimidate every American who still loves the country, the flag, and the freedom we fought and died for.

But as much as they will spread their lies from every platform and institution they can worm their finger into, I don’t think they will ultimately be successful.

Because just like in 1776, we still have the same kind of brave patriots who believe that liberty is worth the struggle.
