Biden Wants To Destroy The 2nd Amendment

The socialist left is at it again, blaming all of the crime problems in the United States on guns, instead of dealing with the leadership of the cities and George Soros-backed district attorneys. Biden blames the legal, law-abiding gun owners, and their legal right to own and use firearms. It’s the same old gun grab the socialist Democrats try at every opportunity, and again they are targeting gun manufacturers.

The gun manufacturers are protected by the 2005 U.S.C. 15, “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.” This is no different than the protection other product manufacturers receive in the U.S., where the manufacturer is not responsible for the use or misuse of a product. This is the same protection that has been extended to the COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers. 

The Nevada Supreme Court ruling on the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, the gun manufacturer can’t be held responsible for the use or misuse of a product. Liability holds only if the product was defective and failed. Blaming a gunmaker is like blaming the manufacturer of an automobile for a drunk driver’s DUI accident. 

The latest gun grab has the Country of Mexico blaming gun manufacturers in the United States for their lawlessness. This case is without standing, this is another effort to bleed the gun manufacturers of funds, by tying them up in frivolous lawsuits. Mexico blames U.S. gun manufacturers for all of the guns used by criminals, in their country. Let’s not forget Attorney General Eric Holder of the Obama/Biden Administration, who was caught supplying guns to the cartels in Mexico. A large portion of those guns were purchased by the cartels, stolen from their police or military, and smuggled from other countries. 

When it comes to illegal guns, as termed by the left, the gun is blamed as a thinking and responsible entity, but a gun is a composite of steel, polymers, and wood. How the gun is used is the point of legality - was it stolen, was it purchased by straw buyers, or sold in cities and states that implement unconstitutional gun control laws?

The socialist real goal is to disarm the people of the United States, which opens the path for the socialists to seize total and complete control of the U.S. Government. The people are described in the 1792/1903 Militia Act, titled as U.S.C. 10, chapter 12, revised in 1903, 1956, 1958, and 1993. The people not in the standing military or reserves are a citizens' armed militia, that is supposed to fall behind the U.S. Military in times of war and national defense. For a socialist single-party government to exist, it must destroy all opposing political parties, and all elements of a free society, to exist and rule. An armed citizenry is the biggest single threat to the establishment of a socialist government.
