Can't Sue Car Makers, But You Can Sue Gun Makers

The socialist left has pushed the idea, that if we got rid of the guns there wouldn’t be any crime. They have encompassed that idea into the buzz phrase, “gun violence.” This implies the gun, an inanimate piece of machinery, is the cause of the violence on our streets.  

Well bless their hearts, let me pop that gigantic balloon. Street crimes and violence have been around for eternity. This is nothing more than a political ploy to disarm the people of the United States. The British tried that idea by force when they tried to seize guns at Concord and Lexington, MA, kicking off the start of the American Revolution. The British didn’t get the message the first time, when they made a second try to take over the USA in the War of 1812.

Since then, no self-respecting King or dictator has tried to invade the United States. They knew there would be a gun behind every tree. 1950s Russian premier Nikita Khushchev said, “we do not have to invade the United States, we will destroy you from within.” Socialist Russia had sent agents into the US from the 1920s till the 1991 fall of Russia’s USSR. Besides the expected espionage, agents also turned individuals in the academics of higher education and in unions. The socialists in our universities and colleges have in turn, indoctrinated students into believing the utopian communist ideas of Karl Marx.    

The second right listed in our Bill of Rights is known as the 2^nd Amendment, written in 1791, states: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon.” 

The armed people of the USA are the militia, the term well-regulated refers to a well-organized and trained unit, with standardized equipment. This means, as outlined in the 1792 Militia Act, the citizen must have a firearm of current military grade, in order to fall in behind the US Army in time of a national emergency. 

The 1792 Militia Act has been revised 4 times, the last time being 1992. In each case, the armed citizen forming the militia is retained and implied. The armed citizen must possess a military-grade firearm in order to fulfill the ability to support the US Army, in other words, the weapons the anti-Americans love to hate. The so-called “assault weapons” are the only weapons that meet the requirements of a citizen militia.  

Eliminating the 2^nd Amendment and the private ownership of firearms is an absolute necessity for the socialists in the Democrat Party to establish single-party rule. The 2^nd Amendment is the right that protects all of our rights set forth in the Bill of Rights. 

The Founding Fathers were mindful of the tyranny, created by the totalitarian government of Britain’s King George III. A concern existed, of what would happen if our government went rogue and imposed a tyrannical government on the people. The purpose of the 2^nd Amendment is to protect the citizens of the United States from their own government and foreign governments.
