SCOTUS Grants Trump Presidential Immunity, Schumer Says No.

In the recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, Presidential Immunity was clarified. A President was immune from prosecution and lawsuits for official actions conducted as President of the United States. For some odd reason, Senate Majority leader Charles (Chucky) Schumer believes he has authority over the SCOTUS. He is pushing a bill that will remove that immunity from Donald Trump for his time as president.

Chucky Schumer is throwing a temper tantrum. He is placing a crown on his own head. Schumer is trying to invoke the power of the Congress to regulate the courts. In his royal and childish arrogance, King Chucky Schumer has conveniently forgotten that we have three co-equal branches of government - the Congress, the Executive, and the Judiciary. The Senate can only approve or disapprove the appointment by the president of a justice to the Supreme Court. The Senate has no authority over the Supreme Court, but only over lower courts.

Schumer is attempting to usurp the authority of the Supreme Court with the argument, that the SCOTUS is placing Trump above the law and making Trump untouchable. There is nothing different in this immunity, it is the same as what the previous presidents have enjoyed, as does the present occupant of the White House. Schumer and the rest of the Democrats are desperate to take the spotlight off of Joe Biden. His mental decline is front-page news. They want the media focus on Trump, and they have already proven they will lie in any way possible to win. They want Trump back in court, and any charge will do.

For the Democrats, power is everything; look at the police state the Department of Justice, and the FBI are building. Schumer and the rest of the socialists who call themselves Democrats know if they can keep the White House they have destroyed the United States. They know in keeping the White House, they will succeed in creating a one-party socialist government and are one step away from a one-world socialist government.  

If Schumer and his socialist buddies win, we the American People and all future American Citizens, LOSE.
