God Bless Us, Every One!By Paul Hayden November 10, 2025Greetings and blessings! Fall! Cold Weather. Holidays are coming. Beware of becoming cynical! Count your blessings. Share them with others. Show some love whenever you can. Think back to whatever has brought you joy in your life. Then look around and see if you can share something like that with someone else. Bake some cookies for someone, or a pie. Get a little gift for the ones you love and so often take for granted. Don't wait for Christmas morning. Have a little Werther's caramel candy or a peppermint - in fact, put a few in your pocket or car and just give a couple to the checkout guy at the store, or the bank teller or whomever. (Of course, be careful and use discretion and wisdom.) Think of those old friends who have put a smile on your face over the years. Give them a call. Write them a handwritten letter and express your love and gratitude just for them being friends. Even if they vote differently than you do! You never know when the little act of love and care you share with someone might be the turning point in their day, or even their life. GOD LOVES YOU! Blessings to you - pass the blessings around! Paul Hayden is a Christian believer, and an American patriot, necessarily in that order. He is a student of the Bible, and is avidly interested in our role in the context of history, as understood through the heart and eyes of faith. Paul has lived and traveled somewhat widely, and now lives in the heartland of the U.S. (central Illinois), with his wife Donna - they have five grown children. Since December of 2016, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of www.ConservativeTruth.org."I was raised by a Christian minister, Kenneth Hayden, until his death when I was 10. Then my mom Bonnalee Hunt Hayden married a farmer. So I was raised in a very down-to-earth home. My faith has grown through the years, but both in conjunction with the institutional church and through small groups and individuals, including books as well as group settings, where deep, sincere faith is shared that aligns with Biblical truth."
