What A Waste - NASA Plans To Crash The ISS Into The Ocean

What a waste, NASA is going to junk the International Space Station by dumping it into the ocean, just like they did the Skylab space station in the 1960s. The only part of the ISS that has been a problem is the Russian pod, which has leaked from the very beginning. The Russian pod could be filled junk and jettisoned toward the Sun. The entire station could be reconfigured and modified to serve as a base station for the Moon or for Mars. Or maybe NASA could give the ISS to Elon Musk who has the smarts to repurpose the station. The alternative is destroying the station and surrendering the space above Earth to the Communist Chinese, who will most certainly arm their space station with offensive weapons and hold the Earth hostage.
