President Obama is “mad as hell” because of the scandal at the Veterans Administration. Wait, isn’t his Secretary of Defense in total charge of the Veterans Administration? Isn’t his Secretary of the Treasury in charge of the Internal Revenue Service? Wasn’t his Secretary of State responsible for the security of his people in Benghazi?

The president chose these people; he is responsible for their failures. He has failed.
