Stay Out of Floor Waters Because:

 

1) You could be electrocuted by hidden power lines

2) Raw sewage could give you E. coli or worse through open cuts

3) Dangerous chemicals in the water could sicken you

4) Hidden sharp objects (glass, barbed wire) could injure you

5) You could fall into hidden potholes or ditches

6) Standing water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes

7) Sink holes can develop suddenly and rapidly following floods

8) Dead, decaying animals in the water carry many diseases

9) Rocks, poles, wires, and syringes could give you tetanus

10) As water recedes storm drains and pipes can become powerful suction devices that can even drag in a grown man
