Rich Socialists Need to Learn HistorySocialism takes everything.By Bob McCray July 6, 2020Why do ultra-wealthy people push socialism? These rich Neo-socialists made their money by the solid rules of capitalism, under our two-party Constitutional system. Is it because they think they are smarter than everyone else and they can’t seem to understand the threat that is socialism? Do they believe they are exempt and can use socialism to eliminate the competition? Are these neo-socialists thinking they will corner the market and have greater wealth by destroying small businesses? If so, they have failed to understand their customer base, who are employed primarily by small businesses. If small business is destroyed, the Amazons and Walmarts will not have customers with the money to buy their products. We are a consumer-driven society; in order to sell a product, you have to have a business to produce the product, and the paid employees of those businesses to buy products. You break that circle by purchasing all your sales product overseas, as in China, and the U.S. Citizen is out of work with no money - now that’s a really lame business growth plan. Socialism has been tried in over 50 countries; it is a complete failure, with a long trail of death and destruction. In virtually every case, when the socialists takeover, companies are seized along with energy, agriculture, telecoms, utilities, transportation, and banking. All aspects of life are controlled, you as an individual no longer have rights and are no longer entitled to the due process of law, and you are at the mercy of a police state. Socialism in many cases is led by opportunists who see socialism simply as a tool to manipulate and control the masses. Everything falls to an interior ministry that controls the secret police; everyone around you has become a potential snitch. Everything is the property of the government, you are not allowed to really own anything, and the money that you have in the bank may be taken at any time. This is the life I witnessed in East-Germany in the mid-1970s. This was the reality for all in the Eastern-Block under the boot of the USSR (Russia). It is the life of the people in Cuba, Venezuela, parts of Asia, China, many countries in Latin and South America, in Africa, and Hong Kong. With the fall of the USSR (Russia), China has become the primary aggressor against the civilized world, undermining economies and governments. People think the threat of socialism went away with the collapse of the USSR in 1991. Those that have been indoctrinated and fervently believe in socialism are still pushing that junk. The education system in the U.S. and other countries were infiltrated decades ago and has continually generated a fresh crop of leftists every year. The only history most of these people were taught in school is revisionist history, where the U.S.A. is evil, created by corrupt old men and founded on a lie. This is the opposite of reality when you look at our real history. The left decry the founders of our country because they had flaws, so therefore they should be ignored. Everyone has flaws, but this idea of the left, that since the founders were not perfect, they are somehow evil, really. They gave mankind the greatest form of government on earth, where everyone has rights and govern themselves. This is why we have anarchist and insurgent problems whenever a protest is generated over a tragedy, for to the subversive left it is an opportunity. The death of George Floyd in Minnesota has been highjacked by Black Lives Matter, a Marxist organization that wants to overthrow the government of the U.S.A. This activity that harms people and damages property for political purposes is terrorism. This is no different than what has been seen for years in Europe and the Middle-East. Now we are seeing attacks and intimidation by armed groups going into neighborhoods, as in St. Louis, MO, forcing homeowners to take up arms to protect their property; now those same homeowners are under another threat by a Soros-funded Prosecutor. As long as these radicals have support within the political and legal system, we have a major problem. Elections do matter. We are seeing history repeating itself, for this is what happened in Venezuela when Hugo Chavez took over. This is why history is important and should be taught. All of the lies, of socialist equality for all, may sound great to the clueless and rich at their cocktail parties, but when it is applied, it sucks.
