If the Electoral College Fails, We Get Pelosi

If ever you want to see a real horror show, if the Electoral College fails to certify a President at the end of the national election, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) becomes the acting President. Sound impossible? Donald Trump’s term of office ends precisely at 12 noon on the 20^th of January 2021; as the third in line to the President, the House Speaker becomes the acting President. The decision of selecting the President then falls to the House of Representatives. If the House is still in the hands of the Democrats, you might be saying hello to a President Pelosi.

FoxNews senior judicial analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano appearing on “Varney & Co,” as hosted by Stuart Varney on 26 Aug 2020, outlined the process of an undecided Electoral College.  He pointed out that the final vote would not be a majority vote in the House of Representatives. It would be “a vote by state, in which each state delegation would vote on their own, independent of their state’s election results, and whoever has a majority of 26 states would become the president until Jan. 20, 2025.” Judge Napolitano stated that this has happened before, “That’s how Thomas Jefferson was elected the first time in 1800.” Whether or not Nancy Pelosi becomes an acting president remains to be seen. If such an action is required of the House of Representatives and it is still in the hands of the Democrats, it will be devastating for the country.  

Considering the left-wing extremist attitude of Speaker Pelosi and her socialists of the Democrat Party, this paints a bleak picture for the future of the United States. The state of our two-party system is in shambles, this could be the opportunity the socialists need to establish a single-party government. Any future elections that may occur would be a charade and would consist of those selected by the socialist party to fill specific positions.

The socialists know they can’t break Trump’s economy and are resorting to riots, dividing groups by using race to create conflicts. Money backers of the socialists are dumping massive funds into individual elections; the top ones are the presidency, the congress, governors, and state attorneys general races. These are the keys to the kingdom - control these and you control America.  

The Socialist-Marxist-run extremist groups like Antifa and BLM (Black Lives Matter) are trying to intimidate the country with a message that seems to say, vote for Biden or else. Arrest records are showing the same individuals are being arrested at different locations around the country. The agitators are being flown and bused around the country to attack various cities, this indicates there are not spontaneous riots, but well-funded, pre-planned, and organized assaults. In many cases the extremists are armed and dangerous; this is an armed insurrection; intimidation by force is terrorism.

We are very close to a civil war, regardless of who is elected to the White House; expect an increase in violence by the extremist groups. We are coming to the crossroads; if Joe Biden gets elected, the left will try to disarm the public and seize total control of the country. It’s not a stretch to predict that Antifa could be included in a leftist federal police state. If Donald Trump is returned to the White House, we can expect some revenge terrorism and the federal government to use its authority to stop the terrorism. The extremist groups must be totally destroyed, and make the price of such activity so high that it will make it hard to recruit new members. With Trump in the White House, the Department of Justice will be able to continue building cases against Antifa, BLM, and their benefactors, pursuing convictions under the RICO organized crime Act.
