Which Party Favors Mob Rule Over A Democratic Republic?

Why? Why do Democrats rejoice to see America burn?

For the same reason they do everything. It serves their purpose. And their sole purpose is the acquisition and retention of power.

Everything else, including helping the "poor and downtrodden" they piously pretend to serve is just so much obfuscation. That’s why they won’t even call it out for what it is - deliberate and planned Marxist anarchy designed to spread fear, intimidation, and hopelessness. Because that is the threat they use to fuel their Democrat campaigns.

"Vote for us or you’re gonna get worse!"

Now they have just added yet another escalation to thier pattern of promises of violence if they do not get their way.

The morning after the death of SCOTUS Ruth Bader Ginsberg liberal actiists threatened increasing their program of looting, burning and violence.

"...radical left-wing activists are now planning to do it all again if the president executes his mandated White House authority to appoint a new Supreme Court justice.

“If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire f*****g thing down,” wrote liberal writer Reza Aslan.

“We’re shutting this country down if Trump and McConnell try to ram through an appointment before the election,” warned Writers Guild of America President Beau Willimon."

"If Mitch McConnell jams someone through, which he will, there will be riots,” threatened Laura Bassett whose work has been published in GQ Magazine and the Washington Post."

And this all meshes perfectly with the Democrats original threat to America as summed up by Atlantic Magazine's, "contributor Shadi Hamid wrote, because if Trump wins, Democrats are going to blow the country up for a second time." (1)

Does that sound like a party that believes in free and fair elections or even one that has respect for the ctizens and the Constitution?

We all know the answer to that one too.

No - that sounds like Germany when the Nazi's were destroying businesses and beating people in the street. They also used the same threat as today's Dems. Vote for us or we'll burn it all down.

Is that a party that anyone who loves liberty would want in power?

The Democrats know that they cannot initiate their repressive tyranny over a free and independent population, so they have to rely on the chaos and destruction of their paid Marxist mobs to cow the population into letting them suspend human rights and the Constitution. Much the same as Hitler used the trumped-up charge of their political enemies setting the Reichstag fire as an excuse to suspend the German constitution.

Tyrants thrive on chaos as an excuse for repression - as long as they direct and control the chaos.

That is why historically Republicans have favored the checks and balances provided by the popular vote and the electoral college. And that is also why the Dems want to abolish the electoral college - because it acts as a balance against their favorite way of getting and maintaining power - mob rule.

"The framers of our Constitution rightly feared mob rule, and the Electoral College was designed to preclude it in the selection of our presidents. That Democrats are threatening mob violence over the Electoral College shows that it is working as intended by keeping power away from the mob and forcing candidates to appeal to voters of various regions and factions."  (2)

It seems pretty clear given their support of violence and the reluctance to condemn it - and even in many cases from Democrat political leaders to not only support but encourage it - that we should really take them at their word.

But there is another message lurking under their threats as well. And it’s one the Democrats don’t want you to get. However, it’s really the only one that is really important to keep our democratic republic from becoming another impoverished and misery filled totalitarian, communist state.

"Whether intentionally or not," they have "laid out why Democrats should be kept far from political power.” (2)
