Socialist Comrade Sheila Jackson Lee

Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D) either doesn’t understand or doesn’t care about the meaning and purpose of the 2^nd Amendment. It states, “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” She also fails to recognize U.S Statue Code 10, Chapter 12, the 1792 Militia Act which identified two types of militias, the regulated state militia, where regulated means well-run with standardized weapons and equipment, and the unregulated militia, the people, everyone who is not in the regulated militia. The people’s arms are not regulated and the people are supposed to be able to fall in behind the Army in time of national defense.

The regulated militia of each state was converted into the National Guard and military reserves in 1903, the statute was updated again in 1956, 1958, and finally in 1993. The revisions gave women and minorities rank advancement in the guard and reserves as well as cleaning up some archaic language. The unregulated militia, the people’s position as the last line of defense for the country is still maintained and firearms are not regulated, i.e. standardized or controlled. Therefore, the 1792 Militia Act is current and gives full credence to the power and authority of the 2^nd Amendment.

Rep. Lee and other socialists of the Democrat Party are engaged in the treasonous act of overthrowing our constitutional government. The former head of the CIA, John Brennan, and other leftists are calling for Donald Trump and supporters to be placed in concentration camps for re-education - this smacks of NAZI Germany. The label of Terrorist has been attached by the Biden Administration to anyone who voted for Donald Trump. Big Tech is being used as a weapon to censure those that don’t agree with the leftists. Big Tech and many people in the Biden Administration have strong ties to Communist China and appear to be doing the bidding of China. Amazon’s Jeff Bezos is China’s biggest product distributor and most of Big Tech and other electronic technology companies are based in China. How much of the products made in China are by slave labor; this should be of no surprise, the use of slavery is nothing new for the Democrat Party.

They want a police state, the purpose of the defunding police effort, letting criminals loose, and illegals having a free run in the country is to justify the need for a federal police force. The actions of the Biden Administration and the lunatic socialist left in Congress, have been a steady diet of violating the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. To the socialist left, laws are a point of convenience or to be ignored, laws only apply to those who don’t agree with the socialist.

You will comply or be subjected to persecution and harassment - your employment, electricity, bank accounts will be targeted. Business accounts will be attacked by banks that will follow the orders of the left by shutting down payroll accounts, etc… The left wants to stop using money and go to a plastic card with your account information encoded to serve as currency. The hazard of eliminating dollar bills and coins allows the government the ability to track every expenditure. The socialists want to control every aspect of your life, so they can shut down the systems on which you depend.

States must reject Biden’s dictatorial executive orders. The state of Texas is challenging the freeze on deportation and letting illegals enter the U.S. The executive order is not a Law and should not be treated as one; the President does not create the Law. Only Congress can create the law that must be signed by the President. Too many people are talking about unseating socialist members of Congress at the next election in two years. That may be too late, recalls are needed now, a strong threat of recall can cause a member of Congress to behave. A recall is already in progress in California to pull Gavin Newsom out of the Governor’s Mansion for his socialist actions and incompetents. People need to climb up one side of their member of Congress, and then down the other side - the more pressure without let up, the better.
