Fighting Tyranny with Laughter

What is the one thing that all tyrants and their followers have in common?

They are humorless.

They take themselves and their absurd, racist, conformist and repressive doctrines so seriously that the merest hint of mockery sends them into paroxysms of rage. They cannot tolerate being mocked.

They demand conformity, slavish obedience, and sycophantic praise at all levels and at all times. And of course, since they control all aspects of the state they get it.

What they can't control, however, is brave people's ability to observe their nonsense and call it out for what it is nonsense. And that is their great fear - that somewhere, someone is laughing at them. They want us to cry, moan, fear, tremble and become immobilized and acquiescent through despair. But never to laugh at them.

The very idea of one of their peasants being able to mock them fills them with rage and threats of bloody revenge. But it also fills them with fear. Because each totalitarian Socialist/Marxist regime from the Third Reich to Stalin to Mao to Cuba, to ISIS, and right down to today's National Socialist Democrat Party understands a single joke against their regime could send the entire rotten edifice toppling to the ground.

Through censorship, lies, and intimidation they can shut down all discussion, debate, and unfavorable news coverage while flooding the airwaves with non-stop propaganda. But the single joke, jab, or cartoon poking fun and holes in their absurd and contradictory restrictions chill them to the very core. Because they know that once people start to laugh at them instead of fear them, their reign of tyranny is through.

So do yourself and the world a favor. Pass on every joke and post every comic meme and clip that poke fun at the ranting, frothing, ridiculous, and self-important Democrat buffoons in show biz, sports, media, education, and politics.

It's time for Conservatives and those who still think for themselves to stop trying to counter Marxist dogma and leftist irrationality with logic and reason. It can't be done.

Instead, counter them with the one thing they truly fear having their ridiculous policies and convoluted rules held up to public ridicule.

Because just like the naked, pompous, puffed-up, and self-important king in The Emperor's New Clothes, all it takes is one small voice pointing out the obvious and daring to laugh at the absurdity of tyrants making rules without thought...and punishment without crime, and someone will laugh.

And if one person dares to laugh soon another will - and then another, and another, and soon the country and the entire world will see the Democrats for what they are - a bunch of childish, babbling buffoons.

So keep on joking, laughing, and mocking Democrat repression. And above all, never let evil make you despair. Keep smiling and laughing - it may just be the best way to defeat tyranny.
