The Biden Administration - The DOJ and The FBI - Unequal Justice

The Biden administration and its law enforcement agencies are too busy investigating conservatives and MAGA Republicans, while neglecting criminal activity in the rest of the country.

It seems like only yesterday, and we have come a long way over the past 6 years, but it is the last two that are of particular importance for our purposes here. The Trump administration was often accused by its detractors of politicizing the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). But in fact, it was just the opposite, as both agencies were in direct conflict with Mr. Trump, and were conducting deceptive investigations they knew were without merit and substance. Recalling the Mueller probe and Russian collusion and obstruction of justice, all were proved to have no basis in fact. 

The 17th-century writer and member of the British Parliament, Edmund Burke wrote, “People crushed by laws have no hope, but to evade power. If the laws are their enemies, they will be enemies of the law, and those who have most to hope and nothing to lose will always be dangerous.” There can be little doubt now that in the year 2022, the DOJ and FBI have been politicized and weaponized, and are now in fact the enforcement arms, not of the nation, but of the Biden administration, and its war on conservatism.

Both agencies have unabashedly continued their pursuit of Mr. Trump at the behest of the Biden administration, only now the narrative has changed. Now their investigations involve January 06, and the raid on Mar-a-Lago. Aside from their constant and undivided attention toward finding something, anything, to charge Mr. Trump, the DOJ and FBI have also focused their energies on supporters of the former president and previous members of his administration and campaign, the likes of Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Peter Navarro, Ret. General Michael Steele, and Rudy Giuliani, have all been assailed for one reason or another by the FBI for their legitimate involvement with the former president. 

The Biden administration has denied any involvement in the actions of the DOJ and FBI, but that is rather hard to believe. Why would the president be kept out of the loop when controversial, and I would add formidable, decisions are made, especially raiding the home of a former president? There can be little doubt there is a group of leftist ideologues behind the scene who are wielding tremendous power over a debilitated president and both the agencies in question.

It is a foregone conclusion now that the Biden administration, DOJ, and FBI concentrate most of their law enforcement efforts against conservatism, in all its manifestations, which of course includes the Republican MAGA movement. Any American or group that publicly questions the policies and practices of the administration, and its favored organizations, can find themselves in the crosshairs, such as the parents who question the curriculum being taught to their children in school.

Because most of the attention is being directed at one faction of the population, the DOJ and FBI have been extremely, willfully I dare say, negligent in other areas. The 2020 riots, $2 billion in damage and destruction, 38 lives lost, cities burned, police attacked, and some seriously injured, yet only 15 people were charged, and as far as I can determine none of these are serving time in prison. The instigators, Antifa and Black Lives Matter were never investigated and brought to justice.

When back in May the draft of a Supreme Court document was leaked, and it made clear the Court was in a position to overturn Roe v. Wade, protesters appeared outside the homes of the conservative justices. This unconstitutional and illegal practice was to this day never investigated, and no one was held to account. Scant attention was paid to the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh, and only after Republicans insisted was any effort made. But as contemptible and dangerous as these incidents are, there is another that is as outrageous, perhaps even more so.

Since the Roe vs. Wade decision was handed down, more than 100 Catholic Churches and Pro-life Pregnancy Centers and organizations have been the target of abortion extremists. The radical Jane’s Revenge pro-abortion group has admitted to 18 acts of vandalism and arson, yet there have been no arrests by either the FBI or local police departments, if in fact there are any investigations being conducted. 

Virginia, Maine, California, Iowa, New York, South Carolina, and Massachusetts are just some of the states that have had pro-life organizations attacked by radical abortion activists. In a statement the FBI assured all parties concerned that “the incidents are being investigated as potential acts of domestic violent terrorism.” 
Republicans have called these attacks domestic terrorism. The FBI responded that it “takes all violence and threats of violence very seriously and we are working closely with our law enforcement partners at the national, state, and local levels to investigate these incidents.” And yet in one particular case, Wisconsin Family Action has expressed its frustration, and reported that they have not heard anything from state and federal officials since June. 

Under normal circumstances, this statement by the FBI would represent measures of standard practice, and something we would expect from this agency. Sadly, based on the recent actions and words of the President, the DOJ, and the FBI, and their preoccupation with the former president, MAGA Republicans, and conservatism, I find it hard to accept their words of assurance.
