The Malfeasance Of The Obama And Biden Justice Departments

Following the death of Charlie Kirk and the release of unclassified bureau (FBI) files, it has been revealed that in 2020, the Department of Justice initiated an investigation of upwards of 100 Republican and Republican/ Conservative-aligned groups, including Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA. This political chicanery was intended to undermine and disrupt the machinations of the groups, and hopefully find dirt to exploit. 

The release of the files was spearheaded by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. In a recent panel discussion, it was brought to light that in April 2022, a new initiative was conceived and advanced by the FBI. According to the Senator, code-named "Arctic Frost," the effort “was much broader than just an electoral matter, and the investigation expanded to Republican organizations."

Some examples of the groups the Christopher Wray FBI (Director at the time) sought to place under its political probe included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorneys General Association, and Trump political groups, and one of those entities was the conservative activist group Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA.”

The intent of the FBI and its anti-Trump partisan agents and Department of Justice prosecutors, as described by Senator Grassley, was as a “Vehicle to achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican apparatus.” In November 2022, Jack Smith, special counsel and long-noted democratic political insider, joined this infamous band of unscrupulous malcontents in their attempt to undermine and disrupt the Republican Party and its supporters.

The victims of Arctic Frost also included Trump PACs and fundraising committees, former personal attorney and ex-NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani, and former Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark, among others. 

Although the FBI’s dragnet was widespread, most of its energy was directed at one Republican. From 2017, when he began his first presidency, Donald Trump has been in the crosshairs of Democrats, the media, and the deep state Department of Justice that pursued him as both candidate and president. Upon Jack Smith joining the hit squad, one of his first moves was charging the former president with unlawful possession of national security documents, eventually leading to the raid on Mar-a-Lago. The charges were eventually dismissed and determined frivolous. 

The released files indicated how Smith’s nefarious probe included false election fraud claims, frivolous lawsuits, and pressuring state officials to change vote counts that favored Trump. Senator Grassley commented, “This conspiracy involved subjects from the private sector in numerous battleground states and the White House.” 

The Grassley hearings will continue, as there are more files yet to be reviewed. However, upon considering the substance of Machiavelli’s words, the American people should give thanks that the 2024 presidential election turned out the way it did, another Biden or Harris administration would have been a disaster.
